Valenti Jewelers’ quality control staff inspects each item prior to shipping to insure all products are of high quality and defect free.
If you receive merchandise that does not meet your expectations, Valenti Jewelers gives you the option to return it for a full refund within 7 days. Products are also accepted for credit or exchange within 21 days.
All returned products must be unused, unaltered and in sellable condition (with the original Valenti tag attached and not tampered with) and accompanied by a return authorization number.
All items that are defective or damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
To return or exchange an item, follow these instructions:
• Call Valenti Jewelers Customer Care at 1-877-458-1234. You will be issued a
Return Authorization number which must be clearly visible and legible on your
return package.
• Place your item securely in a plain box (not envelope) and include the packing
slip and Return Authorization number inside the box. Tape all sides of the box.
• Write the Return Authorization* number clearly on your box.
• Fully insure your item and ship it with a delivery confirmation receipt to:
